Regulations

Rooms are booked for per night stay.

Check in starts at 14pm and check out is at 11 am the following day.

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the initial booked period or extend check out period, please contact the reception by 10am on the day that the booking expires to make further arrangements.

Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the hotel.

Villa has a duty to ensure:

• full and comfortable stay for each guest
• security of guests during their stay
• professional and courteous service
• room cleaning; any repairs and maintenance of the rooms (when unoccupied) and the villa

Upon the request we provide free of charge services to our guests:

• travel information and information relating to your stay
• wake up call
• luggage store

Villa doesn't take a responisbility for loss or items damaged brought in by users

Guests should inform the reception about any damage in the room or any area in the villa as soon as possible.

Upon leaving the room, every guest should ensure the room door is locked.

Guests must not sub-contract their rooms to third parties.

People not checked in the villa can stay in the room between 7am-10pm

Please respect other guests and keep the noise levels reasonable between 10pm and 7am.

Due to fire safety quest must not use in the room:heaters, electric irons and similar devices which are not a hotel room equipment.

Villa remains the right to refuse to accept guest whom during previous stay violated rules, causing damages to the property or hotel guests.
